SINCERELY FRO ME TO YOU- My Gift From Fred.

Fred has been working very hard here lately and also helping with his parents who BOTH fell last week, on top of all their other health problems. He wanted to get me a really nice camera for Valentines day so on Sat. we drove over an hour to a "B.B." to look at them. I came home with this Sony CyberShot. It was an awesome camera. I loved all the features and the user friendly menu. Seemed like the right one until...
Blurry and Pebbles is not moving at all.
I did everything to the specs to get it lined out but this kept happening and the photos I printed out were grainy. So sad, because I don't think it's a bad camera, I think I got a lemon.

Then on Sun. we drove over an hour to exchange it for a Canon PowerShot...
Very blurry and Pebbles is walking, not running.
And again with her standing still.
Such a shame because when I would get a good shot, the colors were so vivid!

I am starting to wonder if they sell refurbished things?

And then after a long day today (weds) Fred stopped by H&H Greg on his way home from the auto auction and bought me the "Mac Daddy" that's right folks, the Nikon D40!

Yay, not blurry and all I did was turn it on and shoot!!

Fred is waving his hands as fast as he can and look...great for action shots of Pebbles.

What a sweet husband I have to go on such a search to find me the perfect camera. I am truly blessed and need to give him a nag free week for his gift!

I'm so glad that you finally got the right camera! I'll be sure to keep your final camera in mind if (Lord willing) I ever get a new camera and not a hand-me-down from my parents!

Unfortunately big money camera's seem to be the best ones. I love my camera, glad you found one that works!

Nice! I would love to have a Nikon. Hubby has a Canon & it takes great shots. I don't know why I never use it myself. I usually use my sony.

My Posse

THE BLOGGERS PRAYER

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck,
manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly -
all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house
and take care of my family.
Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life.
And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.
