Although I missed the show where they performed, I'm trying to get caught up.
I just now watched the results show and was extremely shocked at two that went home. First is:
Anoop Desai I thought he was an amazing talent.
Next is:
Jackie Tohn She is so creative and unique. But like I said, I did not see them perform...did she do that bad??
Then we have this:
Now I must admit at first he has me laughing hysterically! Until he used the "F Bomb" and they bleeped it out when he was begging for another chance. And then I thought his performance last week was awful. I wish he would be this guy because he can sing when he's serious. But, I feel he should be on a show like Last Comic Standing...not AI.
And so far my pick:
Danny Gokey Gotta love this guy, right?! Kinda reminds me of Robert Downey Jr.
And then we have:
Tatiana Del Toro who I thought was acting but now I'm not so sure. The word Toro does mean "bull" however!
I'm really disappointed in the show this year. It seems to be very scripted and too much on smutty ratings this time for me. Even Ryan doesn't seem the same.
Tell me what you all thought.

I was so excited about being Fan of the Week. I couldn't hardly believe it. I ran upstairs to tell Gary and he was like "Do you get a prize? Do you get some money? What do you get?" and I was like "Are you kidding, it is the greatest honor in the world!" and he threw a pillow at me and said, "Well, at least you have something to show for your 6 hours of picture gazing this week." Yep. He's right : ). I am glad, most of all, that I have met some cool new people...like you!
PS Kaishon and I were searching on ebay for the Flinstones characters play figures and there some are on your page : ). I wish he was still up so I could show him. Well, actually, I do not wish he was still up at 11:00, but I would love for him to see them : ).
Well, I can't help you with American Idol. We are T.V.-less right now! Digital has come and taken away our reception. Since we live on one income we have decided there are some things we can do without so that I can stay home. One of them is not paying for T.V., so no dish here and cable doesn't come way out to our neck-in-the-woods! Even a good antenna probably won't help us get back out local channels. The price I pay for wanting to live in the boondocks! :)
I have no idea... don't even have a tv! :) So I am completely out of the loop on this one.

Yes...there is quite a change this yearand the glitches they are having ??? and yes I agree with you that Anoop and Jackie should have been picked also! We can ONLY HOPE they will be among the 3 that the Judges get to pick!

I am so with you! As a matter of fact, I was talking with a friend about this. I realize they are always putting a "show" together and some talented people are not part of that season's vision. But, it's so blatantly obvious this season. Tatiana? Are you kidding me? Norman Gentle? Seriously?! Yet they let Danny's best friend go. Huh? Whatever.
As for the results, I was very pleased to see Danny & Alexis picked. The third chair could have gone to so many. There was some talent in that group!
I'm hoping the season picks up. And nothing annoys me more than bleeping during a family show. Well, any show, but especially a show I know children are watching.
I'm such a nerd! I don't watch American Idol. And EVERYBODY watches it. It may even be UN American to not watch American Idol.
