SINCERELY FRO ME TO YOU-Seeing Pebbles for the First Time

"Pebbles" was born in March of 2007 at 10:35 at night so we didn't have too many visitors until the next day. The hospital I delivered at was about an hour drive from where we live and we were thrilled when Grandpa & Grandma came to see her. It's so sweet how we captured Luther getting emotional and tearing up. I like how you can see his reflection in the mirror. Janice could not wait to hold her and say "who's baby are you"! With Luther's health being so bad right now, this picture is worth gold to us. :) He went to the hospital today after his kidney dialysis and he has pneumonia and is still very sad that he has to stay in the nursing home a little while for therapy.

Me holding her for the first time!

My Mom was in the delivery room and patiently waited and let us have our moment..then it was her turn!

I was numb from the epidural for 24 hours so Fred had to take care of her for me. I don't think he cared a bit, do you?!

Hard to believe that was almost 2 years ago.

Just wait until she's 11 and then 14. Where does the time go?

Those are such precious pictures. And, no, I don't think Fred minded a bit! He probably still doesn't!

My Posse

THE BLOGGERS PRAYER

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck,
manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly -
all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house
and take care of my family.
Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life.
And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.
