Blue Christmas Eve

My FIL Luther had a heart attack today. They found the blockage rather quickly and put a stent in and he's on a ventilator for now, but it seems the worst part is over.
We are so Thankful to God that he is still with us. He will not be home for Christmas and we spend Christmas Eve at his house so it will be sad to say the least. But, we will not complain because we still have him here with us.
Please say a prayer for him and the family~it's been a rough year.

Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with your FIL & your family. Things are SO much harder around the holidays.

I'm so sorry...my heart truly does ache for you..my grandfather has been ill (stroke) for almost two years and all though he is with us in many ways, he's not quite the same and I miss him terribly. I am praying that your FIL recovers soon

BTW, I give Bootsie Baby veggie dogs by cutting them into circles, then cutting the circles into quarters. She LOVES them, and they're much healthier then traditional ho dogs. :)

My Posse

THE BLOGGERS PRAYER

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck,
manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly -
all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house
and take care of my family.
Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life.
And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.
