SINCERELY FRO ME TO YOU-The Great Indoors

I don't know about where you all live, but about a week 1/2 ago we had some beautiful weather. During the summer we bought Pebbles a swing and she was terrified to get on it. Well, she has been watching this cartoon where these guys swing and she'd go to the back door and say "swing, swing". Since we had the warm weather I thought I'd attempt to put her in her swing once again. So, here's how it went down:

Found a leaf and headed toward the swing.

Would not let me put her in it! Decided to put the leaf in it instead.

And ah yes, after being out there about an hour, when in was time to come in...tantrum. Doing the "noodle".

She has been sick for 8 days now with a head cold and ear aches in both ears. Just look at those poor little red cheeks. :(

But of course she had still been going to the door and saying "outside-swing".
What's a mom to do with such a little Diva, I mean Princess? (Spoiled brat)
We had a meeting of the minds (dad, me and grandma) and came up with the unanimous decision to bring the swing into her playroom!! I am a (crazy off her rocker) good mom or what?!

Oh my goodness! I have been busy and not reading your blog. I have missed a few things.

My doggie! I didn't know he was visiting your neck of the woods! :) Your hair looks great. My hubby would LOVE my hair to be that color. What color or # is it?

And Miss Pebbles....bless her heart. My little one has red cheeks too. Someone at the store asked if I put blush on her face today.-- o' brother.

Clever mom! You have to pick your battles and that was a great compromise.

I think it was a great idea and look it's like the park is that a potty right next to the swings? Hope she is feeling better soon!

Haha! That is a talking chair not a potty! But wow it sure does look like one. Somedays I wish it was!

My Posse

THE BLOGGERS PRAYER

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck,
manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly -
all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house
and take care of my family.
Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life.
And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.
