
I am at the point where I have the last 10 lbs to lose to be at a weight where I feel better about myself. Although it is more about being heart healthy for me than a number I will admit this girlie girl also has missed wearing trendy clothes due to being a bit "chunky". I have friends and family say I have reached a good enough goal and shouldn't lose any more weight, but I have a very small frame and extra lbs plus RA makes it to where I don't feel as good as I could. So, the only successful way for me to lose weight is by coaching myself. The bottom line is it's about telling yourself NO!!! You cannot depend on anyone else for this and a coach cannot be there 24/7 to yell at you for cheating.
In the next couple of weeks I am challenging myself to lose what I can and cut out the red meat, limited the Mt. Dew, small portions and try my best to exercise even if it means running in place while I do housework or do my Wii Fit.
So, this weeks menu is Turkey Meatloaf, Chicken Meatballs, Chicken Enchiladas, Turkey Franks and Chicken Spaghetti.
Wish me luck...I CAN DO THIS!!!
