LOVE that grin and what an adorable floppy hat! She is a cutie!

dinner... hmmm... well we have not had much in the way of appetites here lately due to one sickness or another. Since Scott and I both have church meetings to go to tonight, I am guessing something quick and easy like ham steak and maybe some mac n cheese!

Look at that face!

I'm with you on needing new ideas. I'm so tired of the same ole, same ole. But, I have time crunches so that makes it more difficult.

Tonight, we are having salsa chicken. I put a chicken in the slow cooker and pour salsa over it (enough that the chicken is swimming in it). Once finished, I serve it over rice.

We are having mashed potato pie - which can be made with or without chicken. It includes carrots, onions, spinach, ricotta cheese, thyme, optional chicken, covered in mashed potatoes and baked!

Oh my gosh. Hats are my favorite. Green is the best color on the planet : ). I made tilapia for supper. Kaishon said he positively would rather DIE than eat fish and Gary still isn't home. So I have eaten 3 (you read that right) pieces by myself....

Love that picture! So adorable! I love the blogger prayer...so funny, but so true! Blogging is so fun though.

My Posse

THE BLOGGERS PRAYER

Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck,
manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly -
all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house
and take care of my family.
Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life.
And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.
