As I'm sitting in the waiting room for over an hour, I read (looked at celebrity pics) one mag after another & then I came across the word "blog" in one. As soon as my eyes read that I had to see what is was about.
His name is Matt and he gets over 40,000 viewers a day on his blog. He had a baby and lost his wife all with in 27 hours. She had a c-section and when she stood up to see her baby some hours later she died from a blood clot going into her lung. Not only was he devastated about her death, he had a new baby girl to raise. Check it out when you have the time~Matt's blog.
So as I'm sitting there feeling sorry for my young arthritic self I realized I really don't have any "problems" in my life, only blessing.
The Dr.'s name is Kataria, they should change it to Karate if you ask me,LOL! Seriously, he was a nice, soft spoken, calm man and I liked him. He thinks I do indeed have RA but that it's a mild case and is going to have me do more blood tests to be certain. He gave me some medication that I will try tomorrow in hopes that it will help with the stiffness. I have great news to report, I do not have a fatty liver and my enzymes were in the normal range...Praise God! Thanks for the prayers.

THE BLOGGERS PRAYER
Lord help me to learn to spell without spellcheck,
manage to visit all that visit me, and post regularly -
all in 5 minutes a day, so that I can clean house
and take care of my family.
Help me to not look at every occurrence in my life as a blog post, and to quit taking pictures of weird things to share as well. Please Lord, help me to stop talking about my blog friends as though they are next door neighbors or someone I have known all of my life.
And help me dear Lord, to think of something witty and wise to post tomorrow.

I hope the new medication works for you!!!
So happy to hear your on the road to healing!
As for Matt..I'm glad to hear he has such a support system. Still I like being "brought back to reality"..
You know, the same thing happened to me recently? I was asking a friend advice about a certain situation and she told me some things that I did not know. Suddenly my problems did not look quite as bad. I will visit Matt's blog. I can't imagine having 40,000 a day - I am just so thankful for the visits that I get from folks like you!
Well, at least you know SOMETHING right??
Sure hope the meds work! :)
I am glad you are getting the answers you need. Knowledge is power and I will be praying for you.
Hey.... Did you know that I was diagnosed with Lupus last August? I'm on medication and it helps. I had all the blood tests too but they ruled out RA right away after they saw the results of my double stranded dna test. Anyway, sorry to hear that but glad they caught it quickly. Hope the medication helps.
Oh, I hope you can finally get some relief!
I'm heading over to check out Matt's blog...
My mother suffered from RA for years, and one day, it was gone...I hope yours doesn't get any worse. Thanks for the blog link...so sad.
Fantastic news! Hopefully this medication will bring you some relief. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers!
